BaldBooth is a popular Android photo app that lets you instantly make people bald on photo with your device. Developed by the creators of FatBooth and AgingBooth, this fun baldness simulator uses face detection to automatically crop and transform any front-facing portrait. Simply take a new picture or pick one from your gallery, and BaldBooth will generate a bald version in seconds without needing an internet connection. It is one of the most entertaining ways to see what you or your friends would look like without hair.
Features and Controls
The controls in BaldBooth are designed for quick and intuitive use. After selecting a photo, the app applies auto-cropping based on facial landmarks and instantly renders the bald effect. You can shake your device to toggle between the before and after views, making it easy to compare results. The transformation process is local and does not require any network access, ensuring privacy and speed. Once satisfied, you can scroll through the results in the built-in gallery or save them directly to your photo library.
Visuals and User Experience
The app delivers a clean, straightforward interface optimized for Android devices running version 2.1 or later. The visual effect aims for a realistic bald look, though the developer notes it is for entertainment purposes only and may not perfectly resemble natural baldness. For best results, BaldBooth recommends using front-facing photos where both ears and forehead are clearly visible. The experience feels snappy and responsive, with no loading delays once the photo is processed.
Sharing your bald transformations is simple: you can send the final images via email, Facebook, or Twitter directly from the app. BaldBooth also includes a feedback option for users to report any issues, which helps improve future updates. If you enjoy this app, check out other titles from the same developer, such as BoothStache, UglyBooth, MixBooth, AgingBooth, and FatBooth, all available on the Play Store. Whether you are looking for a laugh or just curious how baldness might suit you, BaldBooth provides a fast and entertaining photo editing experience.
