P&I Loga3 is a practical mobile assistant for users of Personal & Informatik AG enterprise products. It connects your phone or Wear OS device to your organization’s workflow, letting you stay informed the moment new tasks arrive. Instead of waiting until you return to your desk, you can review requests, handle approvals, and manage daily responsibilities directly from the app.
P&I Loga3: More Than a Notification Service
This companion tool does more than send alerts. It delivers actionable updates from your LOGA3 digital assistant and lets you respond without switching between multiple systems. For example, when a team member submits a request, the app surfaces it quickly so you can decide what needs attention. That way, the assistant becomes an extension of your daily routine rather than another inbox to check.
P&I Loga3 for Task Approvals and Decisions
This workflow was designed around practical needs: seeing pending items, opening the relevant information, and approving or rejecting with minimal effort. This makes P&I Loga3 especially useful for managers who need to keep projects moving while away from their desk machines. Notifications are tied to real state changes in your P&I product, so you can trust that a new message means something worth reviewing. Everything from approval steps to follow-up actions can be handled within a few taps.
Set Up P&I Loga3 in Minutes
Registration begins by opening your P&I profile and selecting APP registration. Once the activation process is complete, the mobile app is linked to your LOGA3 workspace and ready to receive task updates. Because this solution is built exclusively for P&I products, no third-party account is required. You can also pair a Wear OS device for quick visibility at important moments.
An Interface That Encourages Quick Decisions
The layout is tidy and self-explanatory, with clear actions placed where they matter most. Instead of forcing users to memorize complicated menus, the app relies on icons and status indicators that make sense at a glance. This is especially valuable on a phone screen, where every navigation step should feel lightweight. A short test drive makes the entire workflow feel familiar almost immediately.
