You can use it as a roster by selecting your shift type and tapping the corresponding day to log hours. Enter your overtime and the calendar view updates your total working hours and overtime balance for the day and month, including break deductions.
Daily Time Entry and Overtime Tracking
The app allows you to enter overtime hours manually, and it calculates total working hours and overtime status. The overtime account shows whether hours are still open or have been calculated. Public holidays for 38 countries are included, along with week numbers. You can also add notes to any calendar day for personal reference.
Shift Pattern Creation and Templates
Creating a full shift pattern takes less than a minute thanks to editable templates. With a single tap you can add or delete calendar entries, and a double tap switches between shift types. Color coding and abbreviation display help identify shifts at a glance. Recurring shift cycles can be added automatically, and you can also delete shifts in bulk if needed.
Advanced Options and Data Management
For more control, the app supports export of services and calculations as PDF. You can match services to your device calendar manually or automatically. Additional entries for a second shift are possible. Online backup and restore protect your data, and password security is available for privacy. Holiday, vacation, and trip planning can be managed within the same interface.
